Abstract
Using artificial intelligence (AI) for automatization processes to improve the quality of products and services enables better synergy between people and machines and the more accurate personalization of products within the intelligent Industry 5.0. supply chain. A rapidly changing business environment requires the development of new mechanisms that enable the continuous introduction of new products and services. Anticipating future trends, global value chains link the supply chain through a human-oriented approach to digital technologies involving AI, enable technological progress and the possibility of creating systems that will not be based on relational data but rather on interconnecting objects. This research is aimed to build a platform for managing the structure of a given company in terms of processes and products using AI. The system's innovation is based on novel data analysis solutions, optimization, and the visualization of a product's life stages, helping to monitor logistic and technological processes with methods of identifying and classifying products in real-time. An integrated ecosystem was created by identifying components and products; this solution allows for the continuous monitoring of the quality and status of a product at every stage of an intelligent supply chain, adjusting plans and processes in real-time, and enabling the management of product versions in the manufacturing and distribution processes.
