From most recent two decades the science of material at nanosize 1 to 100nm having key area for scientist and researcher because of its advanced applications in numerous scientific and technological fields such as defense, medical, gas sensors and many more.In present research paper the authors have been inspected the XRD graphical data with the aid of origin software.In current work the nanostructured substances of Sn/Fex/Cry where (x, y =0.05M, 0.1M and 0.15M ).Samples have been amalgamated effectively by changeable initial factors via microwave assisted co precipitation procedure pursue by sintering progression at 600 0 C for 6 hrs and configuration of fine crush samples in agate mortar.The morphological & crystallographic examination of calcined substances has been observed through diffraction via x-ray and FTIR spectra analysis.The analytical results of XRD graphs demonstrated that samples have pure crystal like nature and the calculated crystallite dimension as expected through formulation of debye scherrer's is around 16.15nanometer and via W-H plot its value is 17.55nanometer for (Sn/Fe(10%)/Cr(5%)) and 18.45 nanometer by Debye 'formulation and 26.04nm by W-H analysis for (Cr2O3 =15%) and evaluated configuration is coordinated with tetragonal rutile design of SnO2 .The FTIR transmission spectrum of different samples disclose that assimilation of Cr(III) ion in identical structure of tin ion in SnO2 (stannic oxide) rutile arrangement with penetratingly metallic-oxide peaks positions at about 564cm -1 for stannic oxide/SnO2 and 482 cm -1 for Cr2O3.
