Large Eddy Simulation of a Row of Impinging Jets with Upstream Crossflow Using the Lattice Boltzmann Method

•Multi-impinging jet simulations were performed using a compressible thermal LBM solver.•The flow field statistics and wall heat transfer data are in good agreement with the experimental data.•Moderately compressible configurations were investigated, with an increase in Mach number leading to greater heat transfer at the stagnation points.
