Abstract
The paper's major focus is on earthquake detection and ways to save the lives of people with disabilities. People typically flee to safer locations after earthquakes, but those who are physically impaired or in a wheelchair face numerous challenges if they are left alone at home. If they are unable to walk or even use their hands, they must endure great hardship. The purpose of this research work is to try and lessen the difficulties faced by wheelchair users. In this study, a straightforward earthquake indicator that can detect even a point vibration utilizing an Arduino board and a very sensitive accelerometer is shown. Then it produces a signal to tell the physically challenged individual to depart more quickly. According to this research work, a person with a disability can evacuate during an earthquake by using his mental and meditation skills. A tool called the mind wave mobile that uses brain wave technology makes this feasible. Additionally, when an earthquake is detected, GSM messaging techniques are used to send a message alarm to any nearby guardians who can assist that physically challenged person. When there is an earthquake, if the person with a disability is unable to utilize his mind wave due to various conditions, a guardian nearby once again receives an SMS or Call to save him.
