Abstract
The purpose of the present investigation was to formulate N-acetyl cysteine (NAC) loaded solid lipid nanoparticles, aiming to obtain an effective formulation to ensure a prolonged controlled release in liver and lung infections. In this research work, SLNs were prepared by hot homogenization method using Glyceryl monostearate, Soya lecithin, polysorbate 80, tween 40 and 80.
