摘要
The COVID-19 outbreak has accelerated innovative learning 21 with the marked integration of technology and communication (ICT) in online education. In online learning, teachers and students can interact using internet-based learning media to achieve learning objectives. One of the online learning platforms that can be used is Microsoft Teams, which brings together conversations, meetings, files, and applications in one Learning Management System (LMS). To determine the success of online learning implementation, the success of online learning must be measured. The user satisfaction perspective can be used to assess the quality of the Learning Management System. The purpose of this study was to measure student satisfaction with the use of Microsoft Teams in online learning. One method that can be used to measure user satisfaction is the End-User Computing Satisfaction method. The End-User Computing Satisfaction method uses five indicators to measure user satisfaction: Content, Accuracy, Format, Ease of Use, and Timeliness. The subjects of this research were students who took the vocational learning media course for the 2020/2021 academic year at the Mechanical Engineering Education Study Program, Yogyakarta State University. In this study, a questionnaire was used to collect data. Descriptive statistical analysis and inferential statistical analysis were used to analyze the acquired data. Students were ecstatic with the utilization of the Microsoft team in online learning, according to the findings.
