Abstract
•A spiral microfluidic chip was designed to achieve cells focusing and sorting at low flow rate.•The focusing capability of the chip was demonstrated by fluorescent particles and MCF-7 cells.•The uptake of [Co(tpa)(cur)](ClO4)2 by individual cells was investigated with detection of TRA-ICP-MS.
