Design and Implementation of Smart Access Control System Based on Wi-Fi

In order to solve the problems of the traditional access control system, such as inconvenient key management and low security performance, this paper designs a smart access control system based Wi-Fi. This smart access control system uses STM32F103C8T6 as the controller, which is mainly composed of ATK-AS608 fingerprint identification module, OLED display screen, 4*4 matrix key module and ESP8266 Wi-Fi module. The system can unlock through the fingerprint identification module and the 4*4 matrix key module. In addition, the system can add, delete, modify and check fingerprints. At the same time, the system can changing the password by the 4*4 matrix key module. When using fingerprint identification or password to unlock, if the number of failures exceeds 3 times, the buzzer will alarm. Besides, users can use the APP to unlock remotely through the password. The test results show that the design works stably, has high security, convenience and low cost.
