Abstract
实验室好氧堆肥反应系统具有规模小、容易操作的特点,然而由于其规模小导致在实验室很难成功进行堆肥过程模拟.小型好氧堆肥反应系统易受外界条件影响,如自发产热少、热损失大,从而造成温度无法升高或无法达到堆肥所需最适温度(50~60℃).温度是堆肥过程中最直接和可靠的操作参数.本文堆肥系统对堆肥过程温度、通风量和尾气CO2 自动监测,通过设置程序控制,尤其在温度无法满足堆肥过程要求时进行自动补热和通风控制,让堆肥过程顺利进行,避免实验失败.
