文章总结叶敦敏教授治疗子宫内膜异位症(Endometriosis,EMs)不孕合并反复种植失败(Repeated Implantation Failure,RIF)的临床经验.叶教授认为瘀血阻滞、瘀久化热、热蕴成毒,瘀、热、毒互结是主要病机.临床采用病证结合、分期论治的治疗方法,重视情志因素、整体论治、男女同调,并强调不良生活方式、环境因素对生殖的影响,辅以个体化、专业化、人性化的治疗方案,有效提高患者胚胎质量和临床妊娠率.
