雄蕊瓣化形成机制研究进展

Abstract
雄蕊瓣化是产生重瓣花的重要方式,在雄蕊完全瓣化而雌蕊未瓣化的情况下还可以产生雄性不育材料.人为诱导雄蕊瓣化可以快速获得重瓣观赏植物新品种,或获得雄性不育系用以简化杂交育种过程,降低杂交种子生产成本,提高种质创新和杂交育种效率.摸清雄蕊瓣化的形成机制是开展上述工作的前提,本文从影响雄蕊瓣化的外界因素、调控雄蕊瓣化的关键基因及其作用的分子机制等研究进展进行综述,旨在为后期开展相关研究,利用雄蕊瓣化开展高效育种提供参考.
