在地方财政资金紧缺、技术力量薄弱的背景下,高校基础设施建设采用PPP模式,吸引社会资本参与高校基础设施建设项目的投资、建设、运营,能够有效缓解地方政府的财政资金压力,同时还能够有效提高高校办学运行效率.因此,本文以广西高校基础设施建设项目为研究对象,对PPP在广西高校基础设施建设项目的应用策略问题进行了研究.
