脂肪间充质干细胞来源的外泌体(adipose-derived stem cells-derived exosomes,ADSCs-Exo)是由脂肪间充质干细胞(adipose-derived stem cells,ADSCs)旁分泌的一种细胞外囊泡,与其他干细胞来源的外泌体相比,ADSCs-Exo具有易获得、数量多、安全、易于操作等优点.越来越多的研究表明,ADSCs-Exo不仅具有抗炎作用,还可以通过促进细胞的增殖、迁移和分化等功能来促进皮肤伤口的愈合.在皮肤伤口愈合的不同阶段,ADSCs-Exo发挥的作用也不同,文章主要对ADSCs-Exo在皮肤伤口愈合过程中不同阶段产生的作用进行综述.
