导赤散在临床上主要用于治疗心经火热证,生地黄和木通作为其核心药物有着极其重要的地位.现从导赤散的配伍理论、中医文献、临床应用及现代药理研究四方面进行疏理、分析,认为生地黄与木通是导赤散中不可或缺的重要组成部分,为导赤散的核心配伍.
