Abstract
急性重症胆管炎合并十二指肠球部重度狭窄的ERCP治疗是临床上较棘手的问题[1-2],手术策略及方式的选择尤为重要,此类患者多为危重状态,部分评估属于ASA Ⅳ级,麻醉及手术风险极高.如果无条件行PTCD,则ERCP是唯一可行的最佳诊疗方式.
