Abstract
胃癌是人类最常见的恶性肿瘤之一,手术切除是胃癌的主要治愈性治疗方法,但很多进展期胃癌患者在诊断时存在不可切除的限制,如局部浸润、腹膜播散、肝转移或区域外淋巴结转移等.而胃癌转化治疗是一种新型的有潜能的晚期胃癌治疗方式,它可以通过全身治疗降低肿瘤分期或疾病控制后进行治愈性切除,为延长患者生存期提供了新途径.本文综述了进展期胃癌转化治疗的研究进展.
