知识重组、技术标准化能力与创新绩效 ——基于新能源汽车企业的实证研究

Abstract
本文基于知识重组理论,运用我国131家新能源汽车企业的专利、标准及企业特征数据,对知识重组创造、知识重组再利用与企业创新绩效之间的关系进行了实证分析,检验了技术标准化能力的重要调节作用.研究发现,知识重组创造与企业创新绩效呈正相关,技术标准化能力对二者之间的正向关系具有显著的正向调节作用;知识重组再利用与企业创新绩效呈正相关,技术标准化能力对二者之间的正向关系具有显著的负向调节作用.
