Abstract
肝癌是全球领先的致命恶性肿瘤.缺氧是肿瘤微环境(tumor microenvironment,TME)的显著特征,缺氧诱导因子-1α(hypoxia-inducible factor 1α,HIF-1α)是缺氧反应中重要的转录调节因子.非编码RNA(non-coding RNA,ncRNA)在调控肝癌的发病机制和进展方面起着重要的作用.综述了缺氧环境下ncRNA在肝癌发生、上皮间质转化和血管形成中的病理作用,并讨论了 ncRNA作为人类肝细胞癌(hepatocellular carcinoma,HCC)诊断工具和治疗靶点的潜在应用.
