Abstract
过敏反应是药物临床用药时常见的不良反应之一,而类过敏反应的临床表现与过敏反应相似,因而难以区分.由于类过敏相关的药物种类繁多,类过敏反应的发生机制研究也不完全,目前国内外尚未建立标准模型对药物的类过敏反应作出评价.本文对类过敏反应相关机制、类过敏相关药物的物质基础以及类过敏的体内外评价进行概述,为类过敏反应的进一步探究提供参考.
