巨噬细胞参与非酒精性脂肪性肝病的研究进展

Abstract
非酒精性脂肪性肝病(non-alcoholic fatty liver disease,NAFLD)是最常见的慢性肝病,我国的NAFLD患病率呈逐年上升趋势.免疫活化是该病发生发展的重要因素,巨噬细胞是肝脏局部比例最高的免疫细胞,其在NAFLD发展中的作用获得越来越多的关注.本文针对肝脏巨噬细胞参与NAFLD的发病机制进行综述,包括肝脏巨噬细胞的活化机制、募集机制及其与肝细胞和肝星状细胞等的相互作用机制,有望加深对NAFLD发病免疫机制的认识,为治疗药物和干预策略提供新的思路.
