Shared Electrician Emergency Repair Scheduling Method Based on Space-Time Global Matching

With the rapid development of the sharing economy, the shared electrical business model in major cities in China has quietly emerged, easing the pressure on power supply companies to install and repair power distribution. In order to solve the problem of low accuracy of global resource allocation in shared electrician emergency repair scheduling, a shared electrician emergency repair scheduling method based on space-time global matching was proposed. The method adopts the delayed collection technology to establish the resource pool of power distribution faults and emergency repair personnel, and constructs the distribution matrix of distribution faults and emergency repair personnel in time and space. On this basis, the spatio-temporal global matching algorithm is used to analyze the priority dispatching order and road traffic congestion of emergency repair personnel, so as to realize the path allocation of emergency repair personnel to the power distribution fault point. After the experimental test, the accuracy of the shared electrician global matching of the method is 97.3%. The method proposed in this paper can realize the optimal dispatch and route allocation of shared electricians, and improve the operation and management level of shared electricians.
