不同形态大气铅沉降对茄苗生长和铅积累特征影响

Abstract
为探明不同形态大气沉降Pb对作物幼苗生长和Pb积累的影响,本研究采用盆栽种植试验,研究了PbS、PbSO4和PbO2溶液叶面直接沉降和土表沉降对茄苗干质量和植株Pb积累量及迁移率的影响.结果表明,叶面沉降PbO2降低了茄苗叶片的气孔导度,减少了茄苗根茎叶干质量,PbS、PbSO4均未显著影响茄苗生长.叶面和土表沉降Pb均能增加茄苗Pb含量,3种形态Pb由叶面向茄苗的迁移率表现为小颗粒PbS(87.01%)>离子态PbSO4(50.78%)>大颗粒PbO2(50.44%),由叶向茎的迁移率均低于2%,Pb主要积累在茄苗叶中.3种形态土表沉降Pb由土壤向茄苗的迁移率均低于1%,均未对茄苗生长产生显著影响.研究表明,大气不同形态Pb沉降条件下,小颗粒态Pb更易由叶面进入植物体,离子态Pb更易在植株体内迁移,叶面沉降Pb对茄苗Pb积累贡献较大,土表沉降则相对较小.
