Abstract

采用差示扫描量热分析、扫描电子显微镜、比表面积分析、凝胶渗透色谱分析、正己烷提取物等方法对比分析了三种 Hostalen淤浆工艺生产双峰聚乙烯粉料的结构、形态,并研究了聚乙烯粉料粉体流动性的影响因素.结果表明,三种粉料的流动性顺序依次为 HDPE-1＞HDPE-2＞HDPE-3;进一步研究发现,HDPE-3 粉料颗粒的外表面有大量毛线状聚合物聚集分布,内部微观结构更为致密,且正己烷提取物含量较高,是致使其流动性差的主要原因.
