Identifying the intervention mechanisms of o-methoxycinnamic acid in hyperuricemia model by using UPLC-Q-TOF/MS spectroscopy metabonomic approach
Journal of Functional Foods(2023)
摘要
•OMA decreased the uric acid content and increased its median lethality time in nematode models.•OMA has anti-hyperuricemic activity.•OMA mainly affected the purine metabolic pathway and amino acid related metabolic pathway of nematodes.•Amino acids such as phenylalanine, alanine, tryptophan, arginine, proline and histidine can be used as potential diagnostic markers.
