职业教育产教融合是提高人才培养质量的重要途径.对国内外职业教育产教融合现状研究发现,河南职业教育深化产教融合存在人才培养主体单一、企业意愿高但参与成效低、政府职能有待加强等问题.通过政策引领充分发挥政府职能、创新学校协同育人模式和发挥企业主体作用等深化产教融合,从政府、企业、学校多维度构建多方协同育人模式.
