Cu2O微/纳米晶可控制备及其光催化性能

Abstract
常温下,以水合肼(N2H4?H2O)为还原剂,CuSO4?5H2O为铜源,采用液相还原法成功制备出了两种形态氧化亚铜(Cu2O)微/纳米晶.研究结果表明,当水合肼用量为0.25-1.5mL,反应时间为10-15min时,可获得质量较高的Cu2O微纳米线,其平均直径约为60nm,长度可达十几μm.当其它实验条件(Cu2+浓度、NaOH浓度和水合肼用量)不变,反应时间延长至30min以内可获得Cu2O八面体微晶.光催化实验结果进一步表明,Cu2O微纳米线的可见光催化性能优于Cu2O八面体微晶,其降解率可达98%.该制备方法操作简单、效率高,可用于宏量合成Cu2O纳米材料.
