Abstract
海洋石油工程管道预制完成后清洁要求高,需要采用内窥镜去检查管线内部清洁.对于采用内涂塑的防腐管线,对焊缝余高提出严格要求(内部余高不能超过1.5mm).这样就对管道建造过程中管道清洁和焊道内检验提出更高的要求.内窥镜不仅要能清晰地看到内部清洁情况和焊道外观的成型及颜色,特殊情况还需要对焊道余高或者表面外观进行测量.这就需要引入多种管道内检测技术,来满足项目日益严格要求.
