催化重整与芳烃联合装置中加热炉的效率影响着企业的能耗指标,产品成本以及经济效益.常规加热炉排烟温度高、热效率低,造成燃料的巨大浪费.采用95+技术对常规加热炉烟气余热系统进行改造并对对燃料气进行净化,可以降低排烟温度,避免烟气余热回收系统的设备腐蚀,提高加热炉效率达到95％以上,可以降低产品燃料能耗和产品成本,增加企业竞争力,具有远大的工业应用前景.
