Abstract
针对"排气凸轮轴锁止位置运行不合理"故障,从排气VVT结构特性分析入手,结合故障诊断策略,发现VVT二级阶梯销结构在起动工况机油压力建立过程中可能存在VVT角度跳变,跳变时间与故障诊断策略匹配不合理问题.通过理论及试验分析,验证出VVT角度可能产生跳变的时间,确定延长故障诊断开始时间的方案,使之避开VVT角度跳变时间,最终通过了诊断优化后的实车验证,为发动机匹配开发过程中诊断策略的制定提供了依据.
