本研究基于“乔哈里视角”理论,从模型中开放区、盲目区、隐秘区、未知区4个模块,模拟医患沟通时获取的信息内容。介绍如何创新性应用老年综合评估,帮助学生取得患者的信任与配合,迅速缩小盲目区、隐秘区、未知区,引导患者主动延伸开放区,以科学的方法提高医患沟通教学质量。
