Abstract
纺织业印花网循环使用化工清洗聚合物涂层导致污染,激光清洗作为一种绿色环保方法被提出.对激光与工业印花网聚乙烯醇交联聚合物涂层的作用机理展开研究,构建了聚乙烯醇基交联聚合物激光蚀键模型;通过研究靶材材料光学能量吸收特性,获得其重要官能团的交聚和分解规律;探讨了激光对聚合物共价键作用及光电离原理,结合残余基团表征,发现整体蚀键率随碳氢键吸光度下降而上升.试验结果表明:根据激光脉冲频率与激光能量对聚合物涂层作用残余物成分的表征,镍网靶材残余物主要为碳基物,接近烧蚀阈值时靶材涂层清洗达到全部电离与蚀分效果.
