Abstract
研究茶香螺烷对草莓灰霉病菌(Botrytis cinerea)抑菌活性的影响,以期为开发醉蝶花提取物防治草莓灰霉病提供依据.结果表明,茶香螺烷对草莓灰霉病菌具有显著抑菌活性,其中熏蒸处理效果优于直接接触的抑菌活性.茶香螺烷在最小抑菌浓度(MIC)和最小杀菌浓度(MBC)处理下对菌丝表面造成损伤,胞外电导率分别升高31.20%和44.66%,麦角固醇合成量分别降低8.18%和12.58%,丙二醛含量分别升高0.335和0.373μmol·L-1;茶香螺烷处理后草莓灰霉病菌致病力BcPDR1基因和过氧化物酶BccatA基因显著下调,细胞壁降解酶Bcpg5基因相对表达量显著上调.
