Abstract
鼎鼎红是以DP1-10为母本、KS8-3为父本杂交育成的簇生朝天椒新品种.该品种植株生长势强,平均株高70 cm,开展度72 cm,中早熟,青熟果色深绿、成熟果色亮红.果实表面光滑光亮,辣味浓、品质好.平均果长8 cm,横径1.05 cm,单果质量5 g.皮薄、辣味浓,维生素C含量(w,后同)180 mg·100 g-1,辣椒素含量1257 mg·kg-1,蛋白质含量14 g·100 g-1.田间表现抗病毒病、疫病和炭疽病.生产试验中,667 m2鲜椒产量达2296.5 kg,折合干椒产量574.1 kg,适宜河南及周边地区早春露地栽培.2018年7月通过国家非主要农作物品种登记.
