Abstract
With the booming development of electric vehicle (EV), the powerful dispatching potential of EV is also getting more and more attention. EVs have the advantage of fast and flexible regulation because of the energy storage devices. It is the current and future development trend to realize two-way interconnection between EVs and the grid by Vehicle-to-Grid (V2G). And it can realize peak load shaving and valley filling for the grid by using the regulation of charging and discharging power. In this paper, we firstly develop a V2G incentive price related to the amount of peak load shaving required by the system and user participation. Secondly we establish a travel chain and power consumption model for EV travel based on the road network. Finally, we establish an optimization model with the objective of minimizing the standard deviation of the grid load curve and minimizing the cost of electricity for EV users. Through the simulation cases, we prove the rationality of peak load shaving by this scheme.
