Strategic perspectives of functioning of ukrainian organizations in the conditions of eurointegration and globalization of the digital economy

The aim of the article is to determine the perspectives of Ukrainian organizations functioning in the current conditions of European integration and economic globalization. In order to achieve this goal, the article substantiates the need to take into account the impact of the consequences of integration and globalization economic processes on the formation of conditions for modern organizations functioning, indicates the dualistic contradictory impact of globalization on economic entities, which causes the emergence of qualitatively new global challenges along with obvious advantages. It is proved that the perspectives of domestic organizations functioning in the context of European integration significantly depend on the level of Ukraine's international activity, the value of which in the economic, social and political spheres is proposed to be assessed using the KOF index. The systematization of the main factors that determine Ukraine's ranking among Euro-pean countries was carried out, given the topic of the study, by analyzing the economic component of globalization, in particular, assessing the volume of international trade of the country -national exports/imports, including the analysis of their ratio. It was substantiated that the main prerequisite for equal participation of Ukraine in the processes of European economic integration is to consider the degree of use of competitive advantages - human, scientific, technical, technological potential, which necessitates the introduction of an effective system of measures to improve the efficiency of Ukrainian organizations and the level of openness of the national economy. It was noted the rather optimistic macroeconomic fore-casts regarding the process of cooperation between Ukraine and the EU, the need to choose an effective integration strategy for their implementation, which requires scientific research on the development of a methodological framework for the formation of effective competent organizations and a practical basis for their successful functioning in order to increase the level of innovation activity, competitiveness, investment attractiveness with a corresponding positive impact on GDP and incomes of Ukrainian citizens.
