Research and Application of Digital Billing for Coal-to-Electricity Users Based on Label Portrait Technology

With the advancement of the coal to electricity project in the northern region, residents’ consultations, suggestions and complaints related to coal to electricity have gradually increased, and in order to solve user-related problems, it is urgent to provide coal to electricity users a clear digital bill. Based on the user profile data, this article first used the z-division method to find the anomalous data, and then used the Lagrange interpolation method to find the anomalous data, cleaning it to get the underlying data that can be used directly. Then, according to the user’s electricity consumption data, user payment data and other information, combined with the needs of the business, the extraction of user basic labels in dimensions such as electricity and electricity charges was carried out. Then, the quantile method and DBSCAN clustering method were used to classify the basic data of different dimensions hierarchically, and each label was subdivided to construct the user’s label information. The labels were classified from two perspectives, one is to classify from the dimension of the label describing the user’s characteristics, and the other is to classify from the label construction method, so as to complete the construction of the label system. After that, quantitative and qualitative analysis methods were used to analyze the electricity consumption behavior of users with different labels, and dig deeply into different categories electricity usage rules and habits of users. According to the performance of various types of users in reality, different suggestions for electricity consumption are proposed, which are common with the user labeling system Build a user tag profile. Finally, combined with the bill automation generation module, digital bills are quickly generated for each user. So that coal to electricity users can clearly and clearly see their own electricity consumption, subsidies, clean energy contribution and other situations. The construction process of digital bills is suitable for the construction of other labels in the power industry. By adding and deleting fields and changing data sources, it can provide power companies with detailed user portraits, which is helpful for power companies to accurately market users.
