摘要
This paper provides a comprehensive literature survey on the serviceability of paper-based microfluidics for malaria diagnosis. Paper-based microfluidics is a promising approach for resource-limited environments due to its low cost, portability, and simplicity. The devices are made of paper and feature hydrophilic and hydrophobic regions for precise fluid and sample management. This article covers device design, materials, sample preparation, and performance evaluation. It also discusses the current applications and obstructions of Paper-based microfluidics for malaria diagnosis and future directions in the field. This literature review offers valuable insights and recommendations for researchers, practitioners, and policymakers involved in the innovation and implementation of microfluidics and Paper-based microfluidic devices.
