Abstract
The paper proposes a structural model of an automated system to maintain a microclimate in a biotechnological air purification filter, which will allow to create an intelligent installation. The device is planned to be placed outdoors in a zone of sharply continental climate, taking into account temperature variations from +40 °C in summer to -40 °C in winter. A unique programmable logic controller with a description of the structure of the input/output data bus controller, the control system for the connected devices and data transfer to the cloud microservice platform for data processing and storage, as well as remote operation of the controller is developed. The hardware structure of the basic module of the universal programmable logic controller is described, as well as the circuit diagram of the central processor connection. The article describes the circuit diagram of the input-output channel and the interface block. Combined models of to predict the level of air pollution in an intelligent air purification system have been developed. The models achieve high accuracy for short-term and medium-term forecasting. The models and can be used in the construction of an intelligent system for air purification and environmental monitoring including hardware and software complexes for environmental monitoring.
