The Merged-System framework model for the insightful demonstration of two diversified and genuinely synchronized networks that work cordially with space, Frequency and time domain are demonstrated in this article. The two-tier system framework model represented in this article is covering a femtocells on a macrocell. Offloading traffic from macrocells which yeilds Overlaying femtocells on the exhibition and giving mapping assortment. The mmWave path-loss model utilized for the amount of rays and groups inside each group to change because of end-user flexibility. New network model is proposed with the broadly utilized channel algorithms for mmWave two-tier systems. Optimum power management is formed as a total threshold issue for uplink and downlink transmissions at two-tier model and a power management scheme is introduced. The upper bound on the number of secondary users accepted is demonstrated to have an exponential relationship with channel gain factors, a straight relationship with the outage probability, and a logarithmic relationship with SINR in a thorough and engaging presenting assessment. The proposed method with the sub-channel iterative multipliers search algorithm is incredibly effective at reducing cross-tier network interference, according to experimental results, and can outperform other methods that rely on cognitive radio communication technology. Since the convolution of this suggested approach can be a complexity trade-off issue for frameworks with power management and time limitations, a computational evaluation study of the algorithm is also included.
