Abstract
小儿功能性便秘是儿科常见的消化系统疾病,其反复发作的基本病机为"热、积、虚".治疗需采用"清、消、补、养"动态序贯疗法.疗程早期以清消之法清热消积通下;疗程中期以补法健脾养阴;疗程后期则以养法调理体质.以中医序贯辨治方案治疗小儿便秘,既可使大便得以通下又可顾护脾胃,同时指导患儿养成良好的生活方式,减少疾病复发.
