锂离子电池改性粘接剂的制备

Abstract
以异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)、2,2-二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)、盐酸多巴胺(DOP)为单体,通过两步聚氨酯反应制备了三元聚合物(IDD).以商用聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)粘接剂为对照组,表征并分析了 IDD和PVDF以1∶1质量比共混制备的IP粘接剂用于锂离子电池硅碳复合阳极的性能.结果表明:IP阳极在0.3 C下进行20次充放电,其放电比容量较PVDF阳极容量高50 mAh·g-1,且其在高电流密度下表现出较好的可逆容量.
