Abstract
为了提升液压支架φ200 mm以下千斤顶缸体焊缝的一次探伤合格率,对缸体坡口形式进行优化,设计焊接电弧更容易到达根部的坡口形式,改为对称60°V形坡口形式.结果表明:优化后的焊缝坡口形式更易焊接,便于焊缸工段加强过程控制,稳定了焊接质量,大大提高一次探伤合格率.
