Abstract
为满足航空发动机钛合金锻件对安全性和可靠性的需求,以某型航空发动机第一级压气机盘TC25钛合金锻件为研究对象,对比分析了 α+β锻件和准β锻件的微观组织和力学性能.结果表明:α+β锻件为双态组织,准B锻件为含初生α相的片层组织;α+β锻件在室温、高温下的抗拉强度和屈服强度较高,准β锻件的热稳定性较高.准β锻件较小的集束尺寸使其塑性较高.由于原材料的Al和O含量偏高,导致两种锻件的热稳定性偏低.两种锻件的持久寿命均满足要求.
