Abstract
烯醇化酶是参与代谢的关键酶,能够影响植物的生长发育和应答非生物胁迫.本研究克隆到一个玉米烯醇化酶基因ZmENO1,与高粱XP_021305192.1(SbENO1)亲缘性较高.ZmENO1受到干旱胁迫的诱导表达,且表达量与材料的耐旱性呈正相关.ZmENO1的过表达通过ABA依赖路径稳定细胞膜渗透势及增强抗氧化酶活性,从而提高了拟南芥对干旱胁迫的耐受力.有趣的是,发现ZmENO1可能是通过非依赖脱落酸(ABA)路径提高了过表达拟南芥株系的耐高温能力.酵母双杂实验表明ZmENO1参与了二氧化碳固定、信号传导和甘油酯、糖代谢等过程.本研究阐明了ZmENO1在拟南芥中响应干旱和高温胁迫的功能,并初步预测了其潜在的互作网络,为进一步解析ZmENO1的作用机制奠定了基础.
