平邑甜茶MhNF-Ys器官表达及其对根系失水的反应

Abstract
核因子Y(NF-Y)在植物发育过程及非生物胁迫响应中起重要调控作用.本研究从苹果基因组中鉴定出28个MpNF-Ys,其中8个MpNF-Ys所含失水响应元件不少于15个,1个不含脱落酸(abscisic acid,ABA)响应元件.经同源克隆,从苹果属植物平邑甜茶中分离到与上述基因同源的9个基因,它们在根系的相对表达量均最高,尤其是MhNF-YB9和MhNF-YB17.在PEG模拟失水和ABA处理下,这9个MhNF-Ys在平邑甜茶根系的表达均有明显反应,其中7个在失水处理下表达显著升高、5个在ABA处理下存在表达升高现象;MhNF-YB9和MhNF-YB19在根系失水时升高最显著,MhNF-YB7在ABA处理下升高最显著.
