Abstract
利用 Illumina MiSeq高通量测序技术对食用菌菌渣和椰糠两种饲料喂养的白星花金龟三龄幼虫的肠道细菌的 16S rRNA基因V4 区序列进行测序,分析细菌群落结构组成,比较细菌群落结构的差异性.结果表明:两组肠道样品共获得 5820 个 OTUs,总共注释到 8 个门,148 个纲,295 个目,418 个科,723 个属.两组样品的相对丰度结果显示,厚壁菌门(Firmicutes)、拟杆菌门(Bacteroidota)、变形杆菌门(Proteobacteria)为白星花金龟三龄幼虫的肠道优势菌门.两组样品肠道菌群种类及其丰度发现,食用菌菌渣饲养组和椰糠饲养组的肠道细菌在门和属水平上优势门种类别基本一致.肠道菌群α多样性结果表明,食用菌菌渣饲养组的微生物群落多样性、丰富度均与椰糠饲养组无显著性差异,但放线菌门在椰糠组的白星花金龟三龄幼虫中极显著增多.
