Abstract
我国经济已经由高速增长阶段转向高质量发展阶段,加快推进资源型城市转型发展,不仅是贯彻新发展理念的必然要求,更是加快经济发展新旧动能转换的关键抉择.迁安是一座依矿而起、因钢而兴的典型资源型城市,铁矿资源不可再生、昔日采矿塌陷区和采石宕口,成为这座城市转型的痛点和"疮疤".近年来,迁安大力实施创新驱动发展战略,积极推进生态文明建设,坚持"科技引领、绿色崛起",实现了由"灰色钢城"向"产业新城""生态绿城"的转型蜕变,对钢铁资源型城市转型路径作出了有益实践探索.
