摘要
Based on the surgical philosophy of meningioma's resection, the devascularization of the tumor and its debulking are determinant steps to achieve a complete tumor resection and satisfactory outcome. Since anterior fossa meningiomas are predominantly vascularized by the anterior and posterior ethmoidal arteries, the endoscopic endonasal approach allows coagulation of these feeders and the intraoperative ultrasound helps to guide the extension of debulking required to safely decompress the brain.
