摘要
Four Ni-xW-6Cr alloys with W content of 10, 20, 30 and 35 wt% were prepared, and the effects of W content on the irradiation resistance of the alloys were systematically investigated. All the Ni-xW-6Cr alloys were irradiated with 7 MeV Xe26+ irons at room temperature with dose of 0.05, 0.1, 0.5, 1 and 2 dpa. The average size of defects decreases and the density of defects increases with the increase of W content in the Ni-xW-6Cr alloys, indicating that the increase of W content enhances the hindrance to the migration or accumulation of black dot defects and dislocation loops. The difference of average size and density of defects in the Ni-xW-6Cr alloys derives from the pinning effect on dislocation loops caused by W atoms.
