The absolute correlation coefficient between the copy number of the core regulators EXO1, PAQR4, TPX2 and UBE2C and the expression of each prognostic signature gene was averaged over all signature genes. The same connectedness value was computed for all the signature genes, excluding self correlations. Genes were ranked according to their connectedness.
